A comprehensive occupational therapy assessment will be conducted to help the service user enhance their participation in daily life skills, school activities, and community involvement. The OT assessment will include both direct and indirect interactions with the children, their families, and other professionals. This approach will help determine the appropriate support for the children, their families, and other stakeholders involved in their care.
